We carefully select people from our database and contact them via text, email or post to guarantee that your property details are seen by targeted potential buyers.

We place the emphasis very much on quality. We advise you on how to best present your property to its target market and how to prepare for viewings. These can be accompanied by one of our team or handled by yourself, depending on whatever suits you and the potential buyer.

Once a sale has been agreed we liaise closely with you and your solicitors to ensure that all the requirements, such as finance, surveys and searches are met. Our contact management system is continuously updated to keep you fully informed. You continue to deal with a senior member of the team who understands the whole picture.
