So what is it about this family firm that is different?
Jackie opened the doors in 1995, having had enough of the corporate environment, and wanting to do things differently. With her mum on the phones and a just one employee our story began…
30 years on, we are older, wiser and stronger than ever, wining awards and still shooting from the hip, still selling & letting houses.
We work together and are rewarded as a team. With an unrivaled length of service, we offer continuity, sound local knowledge and experience, but better than that we offer you real human beings with real life experience.
You’ll see us all around Towcester, involving ourselves in the community, providing funding & time whenever we can – Scouts, Netball, local music and arts… you name it, we’ll say yes if we can.
We are Jackie Oliver & Charlotte Borton Berry, trading as Jackie Oliver & Co.

Leo Longdog
Leo Longdog
The most popular member of the team, Leo now has visitors just for him. He is super laid back and struggles through the day, being adored and aloof. Sharing a birthday with Andy (how old?!) Leo is probably the more handsome ginger in the office, and he’s always pleased to see you.

Jackie Oliver
Jackie Oliver
Our leader, often out of sight but never out of our minds, Jackie has now retired from daily office life, but still keeps a close eye on us all! Thank goodness for ‘working from home’

Charlotte Borton Berry
Charlotte Borton Berry
Literally born into it, Charlotte now spends the majority of her time making sure you stay sold, bringing charm, common sense and tenacity to the office. Away from the office Charlotte will choose either a good run or a good red. She has a teenage son and daughter, and a sausage dog called Leo.

Andy Tyrer
Andy Tyrer
Andy joined Jackie Oliver & Co in 1999 and knows our business inside out. Great with numbers, less good at ribs, imagine his surprise when it was explained that ribs go around the back too! He enjoys the Gym, gardening and theatre. His current midlife crisis is a Figgy.

Richard Hedges
Richard Hedges
With the firm since 2004 Richard is our senior valuer. A friendly, furry, easy going, biscuit eater, he lives in Blisworth with his wife, son and daughter. Having retired from the field and no longer content watching from the side lines, Richard coaches a local youth side. So still technically the perfect pushy parent.

Frazer Dickens
Frazer Dickens
Frazer is a fine young man with an old head on his shoulders, why say one word when 76 will do! Frazer is a whiskey connoisseur, with a selection of very unusual varieties. If there isn’t an F1 race on, time away from the office is spent with friends or pursuing his photography hobby.

Lisa Thompson
Lisa Thompson
Lisa literally loves lettings – our department manager is super organised and partial to lists. Having lived aboard whilst renovating a house, Lisa knows the difference between a Dutch barge and a narrow boat. Lisa is married with a son and teenage step daughter

Sally Dougall
Sally Dougall
“Saturday Sally”. Likes a chat, survives on coke zero, chocolate and wine. New to sewing classes the latest project was her very own Union Jack kimono.

Phil Bennett
Phil Bennett
Phil is an ex professional racing driver and now a professional tea drinker! Silverstone village has been his home since 2001. He is an ex city trader and has worked in finance for many years. Phil loves aviation, arguing with underwriters and drinking tea.

Sharon Bennett
Sharon Bennett
Long suffering wife of Phil, her favourite things in life are her daughter, her cat Moog and her Gin collection. Hobbies include supporting her daughter at the Go Kart track and riding off road motorbikes.
