The EA Masters and Best Estate Agent Guide Awards – the very first awards to assess every estate and letting agency branch in the country in order to improve standards, reward good agents and provide a guide to help consumers to identify and instruct the best agent in the sale or let of their property.
Those agents that performed to the highest standards are listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide, to help consumers find and instruct those agents that have been rated as amongst the best in the country.
Estate agents that display a Best Estate Agent Guide rating or award winners logo are among the best in the country. This provide a useful indication of the quality of the agent, which can help when choosing an agent to value your property and when choosing which agent to instruct.
We are delighted to have been ranked in the top 5% of estate agencies in the country, for 6 consecutive years for both sales and lettings, including 2 years as the Best Single Office agency in the country.

ANOTHER DOUBLE GOLD AWARD
Paralympian Victoria Pendleton presenting awards in 2021 to agencies that delivered the best results – selling or letting properties more quickly than their competitors, achieving the highest price asked to price achieved ratio and showing an outstanding level of customer service.
Of course, there were no awards ceremonies pictures in 2020, but we still got another double Gold

Richard and Claire receive double Gold again from Gabby Logan in 2019.
This was the 2nd year to get BEST SINGLE OFFICE.
We’ll leave the statisticians to work out the maths on that!
