Jackie Oliver

Our leader Jackie, retired from daily office life, still likes to keep a close eye on us all. When she’s not doing that, she enjoys breeding the odd litter of Dachshund puppies, cycling, swimming and attempting to develop her second Spanish farmhouse.

Charlotte Borton Berry

Charlotte, literally born into the family business, is an after-sales specialist - thrashing transactions to completion or holding your hand every step of the way. Outside the office, life is never quiet. With a partner, a grown-up son, a teenage daughter, and a full menagerie of animals, she balances wild camping, festivals, skiing, and her newly qualified Day Skipper skills - always very much at home at the helm.

Andy Tyrer

Andy joined Jackie Oliver & Co in 1999 and knows the business inside out. He keeps us on track with ever-changing legislation and compliance - no small task. Outside of work, Andy has spent the last 20 years extending and renovating an 1850s townhouse with his husband. He still insists wallpapering is relaxing (we’re not convinced). Less relaxing? Being ruled by two very cool black cats.

Richard Hedges

With the firm since 2004, Rich is our numbers man, having valued, sold and let properties for over 20 years. With a memory like a filing cabinet (despite being proudly paperless), he’s the one you want on your side. Now a fully fledged football referee (yes, a professional whistle-blower), he lives in Blisworth with his wife and two teenage children - and has only made six rounds of tea so far in 2026.

Frazer Dickens

Frazer, our marketing and content expert, is the most tech-savvy (and youngest) member of the team. He lives with his partner, is an avid F1 fan, whisky enthusiast, keen swimmer and talented photographer. One firm belief? Anything containing mushrooms is the work of the devil.

Lisa Thompson

Lisa heads up our lettings department and truly loves the job. Super organised, list-obsessed, and on a mission to make the office paperless, she lives with her partner, two young sons, and a teenage stepdaughter. Strictly “builders tea only” - unless she’s on a cruise ship with a cocktail in hand, watching the world go by.

Sarah Heasman

With her own lettings portfolio, Sarah is our inventory and inspections expert - keeping everything firmly on point. Friendly and approachable, she’ll always go the extra mile to help. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, spin classes, and the occasional gin and tonic in the garden. At home, she has two teenage children and a smooth-haired sausage dog called Max.

Sally Dougall

“Saturday Sally” is always up for a chat and somehow runs on Coke Zero and chocolate. Sharply dressed and full of colour, she’s a master at pothole dodging! When she’s not in the office, she’s out walking or at the gym, enjoying trips to the seaside with her husband, spending time at their home in Spain, or sneaking in a cheeky break to Dubai

Phil Bennett

Phil, our Mortgage man, is a former professional racing driver turned professional tea drinker, who has called Silverstone home since 2001. An ex-city trader and finance expert, he now channels his energy into aviation - and the occasional debate with underwriters.

Leo & Otta

The most popular member of the team & probably the most handsome ginger in the office. Leo loves swimming and searching for stones in the garden. Leo is currently taking time away from work to train his young apprentice, Otta - watch this space!
