Our Fully Managed service covers everything from marketing your property to day-to-day management. This includes:
Marketing the property and finding a suitable tenant
Obtaining references and carrying out compliance checks
Preparing legal agreements
Holding and registering the tenancy deposit
Collecting rent
Negotiating renewals
Managing maintenance and liaising with contractors
We collect the rent and act as the main point of contact for your tenant, giving you complete peace of mind.
15% inclusive of VAT, paid monthly.
Overseas Landlords
Our Overseas Landlord service includes all aspects of our Fully Managed service, with additional compliance support where required.
18% inclusive of VAT, paid monthly.
Tenant Introduction with Rent Collection
Ideal for landlords who prefer a more hands-on approach but would still like support with rent collection.
We will market your property, find a suitable tenant, obtain references, prepare legal agreements, collect rent and deposit, and process the tenancy application up to the point of occupation. We will collect and process the rent moving forward. You will remain the main point of contact for your tenant and will arrange maintenance directly with your preferred contractors.

12% inclusive of VAT, paid monthly
One-off Compliance check available on request: £49 inclusive of VAT
Tenant Introduction Only
Best suited to landlords who wish to retain full control and manage all aspects of the tenancy themselves.
We will market your property, find a suitable tenant, obtain references, prepare legal agreements, collect rent and deposit, and process the tenancy application up to the point of occupation. From there, the ongoing management of the tenancy is your responsibility.
Landlord Fees
Equivalent to the first month’s rent, inclusive of VAT, paid at the start of the tenancy
Rent review negotiation - £120 inclusive of VAT
Holding and registering the tenancy deposit - £60 inclusive of VAT
