We collect the rent and act as the main point of contact for your tenant, giving you complete peace of mind.

Our Overseas Landlord service includes all aspects of our Fully Managed service, with additional compliance support where required.

Tenant Introduction with Rent Collection
Ideal for landlords who prefer a more hands-on approach but would still like support with rent collection.
We will market your property, find a suitable tenant, obtain references, prepare legal agreements, collect rent and deposit, and process the tenancy application up to the point of occupation. We will collect and process the rent moving forward. You will remain the main point of contact for your tenant and will arrange maintenance directly with your preferred contractors.
Tenant Introduction Only
Best suited to landlords who wish to retain full control and manage all aspects of the tenancy themselves.
We will market your property, find a suitable tenant, obtain references, prepare legal agreements, collect rent and deposit, and process the tenancy application up to the point of occupation. From there, the ongoing management of the tenancy is your responsibility.
